Recipe for making white Icing Cover Cake recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4-6 tbsp milk
A pinch of salt
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until it is smooth and creamy using an electric mixer on medium speed.
Gradually add in the powdered sugar, one cup at a time, while continuing to beat the mixture on low speed.
Once all of the powdered sugar is added, increase the mixer speed to medium-high and beat the mixture for about 2-3 minutes or until the icing becomes light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt to the icing mixture, and then mix on low speed until it is well combined.
Gradually add in the milk, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat the mixture on low speed. Keep adding milk until you reach the desired consistency of the icing.
Increase the mixer speed to medium-high and beat the icing for another 2-3 minutes until it becomes smooth and creamy.
If you want to color your icing, add food coloring in small amounts until you get the desired color.
Once your icing is ready, use a spatula or icing smoother to spread the icing evenly over your cooled cake.
Decorate your cake with additional toppings, such as fresh fruit or sprinkles, if desired.
Your white icing-covered cake is now ready to serve and enjoy!
