How to Make Chocolate Cake on White Ceramic Plate recipe


Recipe for making a delicious chocolate cake on a white ceramic plate:

Ingredients:

1 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup brewed coffee (or water)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Whipped cream (optional)
Chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and place a white ceramic plate on top of it.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

Add the eggs, buttermilk, coffee, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until well combined, about 2-3 minutes.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, and smooth out the top. Place the pan with the white ceramic plate on top of it in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on the white ceramic plate.
