Recipe for making barbecues in a charcoal grill:
Ingredients:
2 lbs. of your favorite meat (such as chicken, beef, or pork)
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
Charcoal briquettes
Lighter fluid
Instructions:
Prepare the charcoal grill by filling the bottom with charcoal briquettes. Add lighter fluid and light the coals, allowing them to burn for 20-30 minutes until they are hot and ashed over.
While the coals are heating up, prepare the barbecue sauce by whisking together the barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Cut the meat into equal-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
Once the coals are hot, place the meat directly on the grill grates and cook for 5-7 minutes per side or until browned and slightly charred.
Brush the meat generously with the barbecue sauce mixture, then flip and brush the other side. Repeat this process several times, allowing the meat to cook for an additional 5-10 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F for chicken, 145°F for beef, or 160°F for pork.
Remove the meat from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
Enjoy your delicious barbecues hot off the grill!
