Recipe for making meat skewers in a black pan:
Ingredients:
1 lb. of meat (beef, chicken, pork, or lamb), cut into bite-sized pieces
1 red bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 green bell pepper, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 onion, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions:
