Recipe for making grilled meat dish served on white plate:
Ingredients:
1 lb. of meat (your choice of beef, chicken, pork, or lamb)
1 tbsp. of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tbsp. of chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp. of chopped fresh thyme
1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the meat with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and chopped thyme in a small bowl. Rub the herb mixture onto the meat.
Place the meat on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the meat is cooked to your desired doneness.
Once the meat is done, remove it from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
Slice the meat into thin slices and arrange it on a white plate.
Garnish the dish with lemon wedges.
