Ingredients:
4 slices of your favorite bread, toasted
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 oz. smoked salmon, sliced
1/4 cup salmon roe
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the yogurt sauce.
