How To Make Assortment of Crostinis recipe

Recipe for making an assortment of crostinis:
Ingredients:

1 baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch thick slices
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
For the toppings:
4 oz goat cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
1/2 cup sliced prosciutto
1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brush each slice of baguette with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until they are lightly golden brown and crispy.

While the crostinis are baking, prepare the toppings. In separate bowls, mix together the goat cheese and chopped basil, the cherry tomatoes and chopped parsley, the chopped walnuts and honey, the ricotta cheese and chopped thyme, the sliced prosciutto, and the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped rosemary.

Once the crostinis are out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes. Then, using a spoon or a knife, spread each topping onto a few of the crostinis. You can mix and match the toppings to make an assortment of crostinis.

Arrange the crostinis on a platter and serve immediately.

Enjoy your delicious assortment of crostinis!

Note: You can also prepare the toppings ahead of time and store them in separate containers in the refrigerator until ready to use. Just make sure to let them come to room temperature before spreading onto the crostinis.
